Pipeline and Profile line molds

All steps of designing and manufacturing molds are done in the company. The material of the molds is SPK2334, SPK2337, etc., which is selected depending on the part used in the production line. Hardening and drilling cases are done by hand machines and turning steps are made by CNC machine using G-code drawings which are sent automatically to the machine and hardening steps are done by induction. All template drawings are delivered to the buyer so that no problems arise during repairs.
